Yoga and Wellbeing Training for Schools

Half or Full day Course for School staff

The world is going through some adverse challenges as we transition out of lockdown and begin to create a new normal. Our feelings of anxiety can be a lot to carry right now, not just for us as adults and front line workers, but also for our children. We know that every child's experience of lockdown will be different and that there will be several factors that make going back to school quite difficult.

 

We have devised this Wellness course for you and the children that you work with. This course is aimed at teachers, teaching assistants, nursery nurses and all people working in the Child Care and Education sector.

Some yoga or meditation experience is desirable, but not essential.

We are here to help support your transition back to school using Yoga, Mindfulness and Welllness practices.

 

This course aims to help you and your students compassionately connect to body, mind and spirit, learn self care practices to support mental health and Wellbeing and be beacons of light during these tender times.

​
